IASD would like to congratulate & celebrate our very own Mr. Joe Perkovich for being recognized as Indiana County's Teacher of the Year!
Mr. Perkovich, a media specialist, was nominated through the Indiana County Excellence in Education program and was awarded this honor last night at their annual banquet. He received a new car, courtesy of Colonial Motor Mart, Mr. CJ Spadafora, and the Spadafora Family - all of whom make this award possible.
Thank you to the dedicated members of our community who help to recognize the incredible work our educators do. And thank you, Mr. Perkovich, for your devotion to our students and school communities! We are so proud of you!
