We are thrilled to share that Technology and Engineering teacher, Mr. Mark Rend, has been selected as a 2026 University of Chicago Outstanding Educator for his excellence in teaching and mentorship! 🏆✨

Mr. Rend was nominated by Indiana High School graduate Eva Nealen, who is now attending the University of Chicago. Incoming UChicago students are invited to nominate educators who challenged them intellectually, opened new vistas of discovery, and inspired confidence in their academic journeys. 👏
